Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 27, 2026

By accessing the SoFresh Facility Solutions, LLC website and requesting a Facility Walkthrough or Assessment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Requests

Requesting a walkthrough or facility assessment does not constitute a contract for cleaning services. A formal Service Agreement, signed by both parties after a site visit and the presentation of a Facility Health Map, is required to begin janitorial services. We reserve the right to require a "2-Minute Sync" pre-qualification call prior to scheduling any on-site assessment.

2. Communication & SMS Consent

By providing your phone number and email, you agree to be contacted by SoFresh Facility Solutions regarding your request.

Transactional SMS: If you opted-in to text messaging, you agree to receive account-related and service-related messages, including walkthrough coordination.

Marketing SMS: If you provided explicit optional consent, you may receive promotional messages regarding service specials.

Compliance: Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP".

Support: For more information or assistance, text "HELP".

Third-Party Sharing: Your SMS consent is used only by SoFresh Facility Solutions and will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

3. Pricing and Estimates

Any "estimates" provided prior to a physical site walkthrough are non-binding. Final monthly rates are determined by the agreed-upon Scope of Work following a facility assessment. Proposals and Facility Health Maps are valid for 30 days from the date of presentation.

4. Intellectual Property

The "Facility Health Map" and any proprietary auditing data provided during our walkthrough are the intellectual property of SoFresh Facility Solutions and are provided for the sole use of the prospective client.

5. Safety and Access

You agree to provide a safe environment for our staff during the requested on-site assessment. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a walkthrough if the environment poses a safety risk.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Austin, TX.
