Terms of Service

Effective Date: December 27, 2025

By accessing the SoFresh Facility Solutions website and requesting a Facility Walkthrough, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Requests Requesting a walkthrough does not constitute a contract for cleaning services. A formal Service Agreement, signed by both parties after a site visit, is required to begin janitorial services.

2. Communication Consent By providing your phone number and email, you agree to be contacted by SoFresh Facility Solutions regarding your request.

SMS: If you opted-in to text messaging, you agree to receive account-related and service-related messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Walkthroughs: You agree to provide a safe environment for our staff during the requested on-site assessment.

3. Pricing and Estimates Any "estimates" provided prior to a physical site walkthrough are non-binding. Final monthly rates are determined by the agreed-upon Scope of Work following a facility assessment.

4. Intellectual Property The "Facility Health Map" provided during our walkthrough is the intellectual property of SoFresh Facility Solutions and is provided for the sole use of the prospective client.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Austin, TX.
